Q: Why can't I find the size canopy I am looking for? Are
there more sizes?
A: Yes, there are more sizes, many of these come in various
colors and sizes and shapes such as round or house style. We
do not show all of the product lines from any manufacturer,
some are available in more than one color and some are not,
some may have to be special ordered. Email us with your questions
and we can help find something closer to your needs, and provide
a quote.
Q: It looks like your prices on some items of similar size
are different. Why is that?
A: Prices may vary on similar size items because they are made
of 6oz material another is made of 9oz material and maybe another
is made of 14 oz material or maybe a heavier frame (1-3/8" to
2-5/8), so there can be many reasons.
Q: Do you need a building permit to erect a canopy garage?
A: Generally speaking you do not need a building permit as
it is a temporary structure. However, you should always check
with your local building codes to be sure before you put
up any structure, to make sure it is in compliance.
Q: How long does it take to receive my canopy?
A: Generally speaking it takes 24 hours to process and ship
your order. Then it usually takes 3 business days in shipping
to get to a terminal in your city. Please try to plan ahead
to allow enough time to receive it before your event.
Q: How
long does it take to put up a canopy?
A: It depends on the size of the structure and how many
people are helping. Instructions are included with each
canopy, reading the instructions first and following the
instructions carefully usually save time in the end.
